Howberry Hills Guest Lodge is located in Wittedrift, near Plettenberg Bay along South Africa's Garden Route. Situated on the hills surrounding the Bitou River, it offers views of the valley and mountains. Considered rural it is still convenient located for Plettenberg Bay Town and is only a short drive away from the best beaches and restaurants Plett has to offer.

We have several taxi companies that service the lodge if you would prefer not to drive. Approx 250ZAR to Plett Town.
Check-in is from 15:00 to 17:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability.
Our Self-catering units don’t include breakfast but can be accommodated for with notice and a small additional rate.
Yes, Plett is considered very safe and our roads are in excellent condition.
Yes, secure, complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests.
We accommodate small dogs in specific designated suites only; please contact us in advance to arrange this.

We recommend booking in advance for peak season. Speak to Daniella or Jordan about getting your tables and cabs booked by us at reception.

The most popular time is between November and April for sun-drenched beach weather (reaching the mid-30s°C). If you prefer a quieter experience with excellent whale watching, visit between June and October.
